Assignment 1:

Part I: Folder Organization (5 points)

Create a folder named "FirstName+initial of your last name2004"in your Documents and then create a sub-folder for each of your classes in this folder.

ctrl + click the screen
select New folder
Name it as FirstName+initial of your last name2004
Within this folder, create a sub-folder for each subject. e.g. computer
Drag this folder into the folder in our school server.

4	Most classes having folders & most documents in a sub-folder.
3	Some classes having folders & some documents in a sub-folder.
2	At least two folders, with some documents in a sub-folder.
1	One folder with some documents in it.
0	No folders.

Part 2: Self Introduction (5 points)

Make a 5 slide presentation about yourself (You can use presentation in either Appleworks or NeoOffice). Save it in your server folder named your first name and initial of your last name (e.g. yuhongs.extention)
