I am Yuhong. I was born and brought in Chongqing, China. I came to America in February 1999. I came to do my research on Nathaniel Hawthorne. My sponsor, Dr. Mundo, took me to The House of Seven Gables in Salem, Massachusetts. He also took me to the library in the University of Maine to borrow books and do research. I was so lost in the technology...

That was the beginning of my pursuit of instructional technology.

On this page, I will tell you a little bit of myself.

Instructional philosophy

My personal approach to the high school students is always to encourage their participation in class. I believe that computer technology will help students participate more actively and creatively in learning. Computer technology is a powerful tool that has already changed the way teachers teach and students learn.
